Can I use my own fabric?
Many of Stonegate lighting fixtures can accept a customer's own material (COM). Please send a sample of fabric prior to order for verification of viability.
Are Stonegate products UL/CUL approved?
Yes, most lighting fixtures from Stonegate by AFX are UL and CUL approved.
What is Stonegate's Warranty?
Stonegate warranties its products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one year from date of delivery. Stonegate, at its sole option, will repair or replace any product defective in materials and workmanship. Changes or modification made to a Stonegate product not made in the factory will void the Stonegate warranty, as well as the UL/ CUL Listing. See Sales Terms & Conditions.
How do I buy Stonegate products?

Can Stonegate make Custom Lighting Fixtures?
Yes, Stonegate specializes in Custom Lighting for Contract and Hospitality projects, as well as Residential projects. If you want Stonegate to create Custom Lighting Fixtures for your project, please submit a Custom Quote Form after reading the Custom section and the Custom Quote webpage.
Shipping and Freight Costs?
All shipping and freight charges are the responsibility of Customer. Freight (truck or air) shipments are charged on a separate bill upon shipment. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping instructions. Unless shipping instructions are specified on the purchase order, Stonegate will ship by the most economical means possible. No refunds will be issued if a cheaper shipping method was available. Can I return a Stonegate by AFX product?
Orders are made to order and are not returnable.
How do I cancel or change my Stonegate order?
Any modification or cancellation requests against confirmed orders must be emailed or faxed within 3 (three) business days from receipt of the order confirmation by the buyer. Stonegate does not accept responsibility for any possible inaccuracies not addressed in writing within 3 business days.
Product cannot be returned or the order canceled for inaccuracies not registered by the buyer within 3 business days of receipt of the order confirmation.
Stonegate does not accept order cancellations after 3 business days. In very special cases, should Stonegate authorize a cancellation, the buyer will have to pay a penalty corresponding to a 50% restocking fee of the cancelled goods. Cancellations are only valid if accepted in writing by Stonegate Designs. See Sales Terms & Conditions.
